Introduction
iYacht is an iPhone application which supplies users with a live data feed of the current situation on board their yacht, and also the possibility to control certain functions on board the vessel.
iYacht will be the first application that will be compatible with most super yachts. Similar applications on the market are limited to vessels which already have a compatible monitoring system installed onboard. Our system will be different in the way that we can install devices onboard your yacht which also piggy-back off the existing system without interference and then transmit the data to a server over an Internet connection onboard the vessel.
iPhone Application
We know that every yacht is different. The application will be designed specifically for your vessel. We will create server inputs and graphics into your application, so the appropriate information is displayed to each user group.
Ease of Use
The application is simple and easy to use. Some yachts monitoring systems have become too complicated. We will display only critical information for quick reference. There are no settings that you can change that will impair the operation of your application.
Features
There will be a home page with a picture, drawing or outline of the vessel.
The second page will be an alarms page. This will display a list of alarms, which have been activated in recent times. It will also show whether or not an alarm has been reset or rectified.
The third page will be a situation page. It will show the current location of the vessel, vessel speed, wind speed, heading and possibly more.
The next page will be tank levels. This page will supply you with accurate tank levels. You can have as many tanks as you like displayed on the screen.
Security will be on another page. This will show the status of doors (open/shut/locked) and the status of the onboard alarm system with the possibility to activate or deactivate the security system.
Another page, which we are still looking into developing, is a video camera page. This will not be feed by a live feed but an image of the last movement in front of that camera with the possibility to request a new picture.

We will send you a form to complete with as much information as you know about your vessels onboard systems, and whichever features you would like from the system.
We can then call to arrange a time for us to come onboard and evaluate the vessels systems.
Within a fortnight, we will send you a detailed quotation.
INSTALLATION
Company policy requires a credit card number before we carry out any work onboard or order any equipment for your job.
Once we have received your details, we will go ahead with ordering the hardware, which is required for the job.
COMISIONING
Once we have installed all the hardware onboard, we will set up the live data feeds which will comunicate with the server.
We will also develop your custom iPhone application and submit it to the Apple Store so it is a legal application. Of course you will need a code to download this application and then enter your own personal login details.

We provide a 24/7 support via phone and email
SECURITY
We use the latest in encryption technology where appropriate. The data will not mean anything unless it is been received by the correct application.
You application will be submitted to the Apple Application Store so it will be a legal copy, which can work on any iPhone, but to download this application you will need a code that will be valid for one download only.
Once you have downloaded the application, you will still need to login using your own username and password.
We will be able to create and delete accounts as crew join and leave the vessel.
